The Log Inn is our rustic dining room, where everything is prepared fresh daily by our award-winning executive chef and his team. Using the finest ingredients, including fresh rosemary, basil and oregano from our very own herb garden, our chefs turn out some of the best-tasting meals this side of the Rio Grande!
The Log Inn is open daily for corporate breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Our popular Complete Meeting Package option includes daily lunch in the restaurant.

Meeting Room Dimensions

Red Room

Located within the Log Inn and separated from the Main Dining Room is The Red Room. The lushness of its carpeting, the richness of the ruby red walls, the Tiffany glass light fixtures, the eagle etched entry doors, and fireplace yield a perfect setting for an intimate luncheon or dinner, special celebration, or for any memorable smaller gathering.


Main Dining Room

The Log Inn dining room hosts a daily luncheon for all Complete Meeting Package attendees. Tables are set for two, four or six with space for a maximum of 100 guests.


Lodging

Located right next door to the Log Inn, Log Inn I offers nine suites in a two-story log cabin building. Made from logs that are tongue and groove, just like in the old days, it will remind you of a remote mountain Swiss chalet. Atrium ceiling, flagstone floors, stone fireplace, tiffany-style lamps and oversized chairs are the rustic backdrop for your cozy evening by the fire. Upstairs, two computers stand ready for that final goodnight e-mail sent to friends and family back home.
Inn II offers four additional suites in a logcabin building directly behind Log Inn's outdoor patio/pool area.
